With the support of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Turkey, we are taking a new step in the fight against addiction. As the Humanitarian Life Association, our “Youth-Based Addiction Prevention Training and Policy Research” project—prepared with great dedication—has been selected for funding by the Ministry of the Interior. Through this initiative, we are bringing together prospective experts studying at 11 different universities across Turkey.

From Field Research to Policy Frameworks
As part of this initiative, we are not only conducting structured training sessions with youth participants but also bringing their innovative, ground-level insights directly into decision-making processes. The qualitative and quantitative data gathered from these sessions and fieldwork will be shaped by the direct contributions of our youth, culminating in the “Youth Policies Report on Substance Abuse Prevention.”
This comprehensive policy report will be submitted to relevant public institutions, local governments, and policymakers to provide direct evidence-based input for national addiction prevention strategies.
Our objective is not merely to raise awareness among future experts, but to position them as active architects in the design and implementation of policies combating addiction.”-
