Organization Structure

As HUMANITARIAN LIFE ASSOCIATION, our organizational structure is built on four main foundations. These are;

Board of Directors

The board of directors is the highest administrative body of the association. The association's board of directors consists of seven full and seven substitute members. It carries out all kinds of transactions in accordance with the legislation, makes decisions and implements them. The board of directors holds weekly meetings and makes decisions in these meetings regarding the internal functioning, projects, administrative affairs, management etc. of the association. It ensures and controls the implementation of the decisions taken.

Board of Auditors

The board of auditors consists of three full and three substitute members. The board holds regular meetings every month. In these meetings, it examines the compliance of the decisions taken by the association management with the association rules and official legislation. It monitors whether the association's activities are carried out in accordance with the purpose, the follow-up of accounting documents, donations and expenses made to the association. It also carries out an extended internal audit within the association in the sixth and twelfth months of each new year.

Disciplinary Board

The disciplinary board of our association is a unit formed by three full members of the board of directors and one full members of the board of auditors. The Disciplinary Board is the unit responsible for ensuring that the institution and individuals comply with social moral rules, comply with the institution's main and intermediate values, the relationships between members, and protect unity and solidarity.

Advisory Board

The Advisory Board consists of opinion leaders, educators, academics, NGO members and private company owners who work for the public good. The association's board of directors aims to obtain multiple perspectives by presenting important decisions to the advisory board.
