With the support of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Turkey, we are taking a new step in the fight against addiction. As the Humanitarian Life Association, our “Youth-Based Addiction Prevention Training and Policy Research” project—which we have prepared with great care—has been selected for funding by the Ministry of the Interior. We are bringing together future experts studying at 11 different universities across Turkey.

As part of this project, we are not only conducting training sessions with our young participants but also bringing their innovative ideas into decision-making processes. The data collected from these training sessions and fieldwork will be shaped by the voices and contributions of these young people themselves, ultimately taking the form of the “Youth Policies Report on Substance Abuse Prevention”!

This comprehensive report will be shared with public institutions, local governments, and policymakers, directly guiding national strategies. Our goal is not only to raise awareness among the experts of the future but also to make them active architects of policies to combat addiction!
